"I’ve been a loyal customer to State Farm for over 10+ years. Recently, they lack communication and transparency of why bills go up. Never give a clear answer. The staff here is INCREDIBLY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. When you call to inquire about your account, they constantly give you an attitude. This has been happening on many occasions. Specifically, Jennifer should be fired. She doesn’t understand the basic etiquette of answering a phone call and gives you and ATTITUDE EVERY TIME. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE -- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. HORRIBLE STAFF / VERY RUDE POOR COMMUNICATION BAD MANAGEMENT I will no longer be working with them and will make sure my friends and family find a different insurance provider."

"Typically a great office but very disappointed in receiving a surprise bill for over $800 during the holidays that will happen 3 months in a row bc they put our 16 yr old on our brand new 2022 vehicle AND NEVER MENTIONED THIS. This was detrimental to us and absolutely should’ve been noticed and disclosed to us in the numerous conversations we had with the office staff. Feel duped and taken advantage of, not taken care of."

"I feel that State Farm, and specifically Kim in Bobby's office has completely let me down. I purchased a new home and worked with the call center to start working on the home owners insurance for the property. The call center ask me what I wanted my deductible to be, and I replied in a dollar amount $1000.00. They incorrectly set the deductible to 2% of total contract which is closer to $6000.00. When Kim called me I informed her that the deduction was set incorrectly she said it would be fixed and even gave me the difference in price for the change. I agreed to the change because the cost difference was not that great. Fast forward about a week and a drunk driver drove through my property destroying fences and gates on both sides, a total of $6700 in damage. You can image my surprise to find out that the changes were never made, the contract was submitted to my mortgage company to be paid which they of course did without consulting me. TWO WEEKS after that I received the first copy of the contract in the mail, still incorrect of course. I called to get this all fixed but because there is a pending claim Kim, the call center agent (Which recorded the call, but claims the recording is gone), and State Farm all claim I never disagreed with the deductible and the fact that the mortgage company paid the contract constitutes my acceptance. In short, State Farm is lying, Kim is the biggest fibber in this, and they are not going to stand behind what I ask for and didn't receive. The only good thing that has come out of this so far is that I learned very early into the policy term how bad they are, and how much they will lie to protect themselves from looking bad to corporate. I will of course to be two things, getting a new company ASAP, and filing suit, even if I lose I will appeal enough to make this as big of a pain in their ass as it was in mine. Then I will file again for breach of contract when I "discover" that I recorded those conversations myself to prove they lied under oath in the original case. This case will just be for my amusement."
